FIELD GUIDE TO SNAKES & OTHER REPTILES OF KWAZULU-NATAL BY TYRONE PING

A first of its kind for the region, extensively covering the snakes and reptiles of KwaZulu-Natal. Beautifully laid out across 280 pages, 300 colour photographs, concisely written species accounts and species maps of close to 170 species of snakes and reptiles found in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

KwaZulu-Natal is one of the highest biodiverse regions of snakes ands reptiles in South Africa. Currently there are very few provincial lists and fewer pieces of literature based on snakes and reptiles of South Africa in particular KwaZulu-Natal.

There have been many great field guides done on Southern African reptiles and snakes but a detailed and comprehensive field guide has not been done since Bill Branch’s final revision of “Field Guide Snakes And Other Reptiles Of Southern Africa” in 1998.

    Hi There,
    Book looks great.

Can you tell me, as the book is sub-titled “The Provincial Series” when will you be releasing the NWP edition

    Thanks

    Peter

      Hi Peter,

Currently the Western Cape book is the next to be released in a few months. Books will be completed depending on status of photos and species info a tall task as I’m sure you can imagine.

      Thanks for the inquiry.

    Hi Tyrone

Do you have the common green chameleon?

How much do they sell for?

And do you have a shop in, or near Durban?

    Thank you
    Kind regards

    Ally
