When WIll I Receive My Order?
All orders are shipped from Cape Town or Durban, South Africa.
Please allow 4 – 5 working days (may be sooner) for orders shipped to major cities (Durban, Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria). Please allow 4 – 7 working days (could be sooner) for all other cities or towns.
Shipping Costs
Flat fee of R99 within South Africa. Collection may be arranged upon previous arrangements.

Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy for general products lasts 30 days, To be eligible for a refund, the products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
Returns Process
Please email contact@tyroneping.co.za notifying you’d like to process a return.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs (faulty or damaged product) the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Refunds Process
Should a refund be approved, your refund will be processed and will receive an EFT into your preferred bank account which may take 3-5 business days.
